Meeting participants can browse attend any public meetings in the Home page or enter a meeting ID to join a private meeting.
'My Meetings' is where members manage and start their meetings. They can schedule a meeting and invite others to join
'Meeting Viewer' is used to view or interact with a live or recorded meeting. Members can customize many properties of the viewer, including the logo and the background picture. You can even embed the viewer in another web page.
Members can view reports of their current or past meetings anytime to see what was in a meeting and for how long.
'My Library' is where members store their media contents, such as pictures, presentation, video, and audio files online. They can upload a PowerPoint or Flash video file to the library and share it in a live meeting.
Members can request a free personal audio conference number and codes to be used in all meetings. You can control an audio conference from the Web interface. Optional recording allows you to record both audio and web conference in one click.
You can have up to 12 webcam windows open, including voice over IP, at the same time. Participants do not need to install special software to show or view the webcam windows.
During a meeting, you can share your screen, presentations, video files, and whiteboard.
A site administrator can add new members, manage hosting services, customize the site's branding, and get all meeting reports.
